After earning his real estate license in Atlanta, he joined ServiceTitan, where a curiosity about technology quickly grew into a career-long interest in reshaping workflows and business practices. He later partnered with Atlantic Station to help strengthen property manager–member relationships, all while supporting early-stage ventures on the side. Today, as Business Development Manager at LendingOne, Brooks blends his experience in real estate and technology to create partnerships that make life easier for property managers.
